• Artisan Setting — Hand-set by master goldsmiths with 20+ years of experience. Available in 18K gold, platinum, with diamonds or colored gemstones.
• Engraving Service — Personalize with initials, commemorative dates, or bespoke messages on the inner band, imbuing each piece with emotional significance.
• Delivery — The process takes approximately 4-6 weeks, includes a certificate of authenticity and a bespoke jewelry box.

• Daily Cleaning — Gently wipe with a soft lint-free cloth after each wear to remove oils and perspiration. For deeper cleaning, use warm water with mild soap, then air dry naturally.
• Proper Storage — Store pearls separately in a soft pouch to prevent scratching. When not worn for extended periods, take them out occasionally to prevent dehydration.
• Avoid Extremes — Keep away from heat, direct sunlight, and dry environments. Remove pearls before swimming, bathing, or exercising to avoid chlorine and perspiration damage.
• Professional Care — We recommend annual professional inspection and cleaning at any Jolianne boutique. Our technicians provide deep conditioning and restringing services.

• 顺丰速运 — 全场满 ¥1,000 免运费，不满 ¥1,000 收取 ¥20 运费。下单后 1-2 个工作日内发货，预计 2-3 个工作日送达。
• 同城闪送 — 上海地区支持同城闪送服务，当日 14:00 前下单可当日送达，运费 ¥30。
• 签收验货 — 请在快递员面前开箱验货，确认饰品完好无损后再签收。如发现损坏或缺失，请当场拒收并联系客服。
• 退换政策 — 签收后 7 日内，未佩戴、未使用且包装完好的饰品支持无理由退换。定制作品与 engraved 刻字作品恕不支持退换。
• 国际配送 — 支持 EMS 国际快递至全球主要城市，运费按实际重量计算，预计 7-14 个工作日送达。关税由收件人承担。
• 隐私包装 — 外包装无品牌标识，保护您的购物隐私。每件饰品附赠专属珠宝盒与品牌丝带。

• Same-Day Delivery — Same-day delivery available in Shanghai for orders placed before 2:00 PM. Fee: ¥30.
• Receipt Inspection — Please inspect the package in the presence of the courier before signing. If any damage or missing items are found, refuse delivery and contact customer service immediately.
• Return & Exchange — Unworn items with original packaging may be returned within 7 days of receipt. Customized and engraved pieces are non-returnable.
• International Shipping — EMS international shipping available to major cities worldwide. Shipping costs calculated by weight, estimated delivery 7-14 business days. Customs duties are borne by the recipient.
